What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase upcoming items before they are officially available. These products are still in production and not yet in our warehouse. Please check the product status at checkout to confirm if it is a pre-order item. Delivery times may vary.

Shipping Time for Pre-Orders
The estimated processing time for pre-orders is typically 15-30 working days from the product's publication date. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be shipped within three days. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped separately.

Possible Delays
The production process follows a strict sequence, but unexpected issues may cause delays. In such cases, our Customer Care team will notify you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting Customer Care.

After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible unless the order surpasses 30 working days from the estimated delivery period.

Changing Shipping Address

You can update your shipping address before the order is dispatched by contacting Customer Care through your account.

Once the order has been shipped, modifications cannot be made.
